I am Mostly vegetarian.
My favourite food Palak ki roti with moong daal. I also love broccoli.
I begin my day with A cup of green tea.
My breakfast is Fruits and fruit juices.
My lunch is Typical - dal, roti subzi.
My evening snack - Digestive biscuits and green tea.
My dinner is Only veggies with egg whites.
In sweets I like Besan laddoos.
My fitness regime is 30 minutes cardio in the morning and 40 minutes weight training in the evening. I spend about an hour and a half in the gym. I have a protein shake after my workouts.
I can cook Nothing besides Indian recipes.
My favourite cooks in in my family My mother. She cooks everything very well but makes the world's best Nan Khatai.
My best dining friends are Vikas and Richa. They are my best dining friends because they are foodies and great company too. Together we can relish a bowl of soup or a six-course meal.
My idea of a romantic meal -
A dinner in the middle of nowhere cooked by my partner and me. The drink will depend on my partner's taste.
My Sunday lunch is similar to the other days.
One thing I can't resist buying is Green and fresh veggies.
I feel guilty after eating - Heavy food late in the night.
My childhood memory of food is Aloo parathas and homemade butter.
I was a complete aloo person as a kid. Every night I would request mom to make aloo parathas for me and pack it in my tiffin.
I think I resemble Ker Sangri (a Rajasthani vegetable) very exotic and rare. You will have no complaints once you taste it.

Favourite recipe: Egg Bhurji
Ingredients
1 onion (finely chopped)
4 to 5 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
2 finely chopped green chillies (or as per taste)
2 to 3 tbsp olive oil
6 to 8 florets broccoli
1 small sized zucchini (cut into roundels)
3 to 4 French beans (stringed and finely chopped)
100 gms soya paneer (cubed)
6 to 8 mushrooms (washed well and cut into halves)
8 to 10 eggs (use only the egg whites)
A pinch of garam masala powder
Salt and pepper as per taste
Finely chopped coriander leaves (to garnish)
Method
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites and keep aside. In a non-stick pan saut the onions, garlic and green chillies in olive oil till the onions turn pink. Add mushrooms and French beans. Saut for two to three minutes. Add the broccoli and zucchini. Stir-fry for one minute. Add the soya paneer and mix well. Add salt, pepper, garam masala and mix well. Add the egg whites and mix well. Cook on a low flame, stirring continuously till the egg whites are cooked to a bhurji. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with brown bread toasts.
