There is no way Santo is Taru's child. This would make DM Santo's mama and the story is based in Gujarat. In Gujarat a girl cannot marry her mama legally and this relationship is considered incestuous. This show is primarily about DM-Santo and there is no way the creatives are going to jeopardize their relationship by showing something as distasteful and illegal as a relationship considered incestuous in the Gujarati culture.
Anyways, I don't think Taru and Kanji had a child together or if they did, then it's definitely not Santo or Khemi. I think either of these two could be Kanji's daugher, more likely Khemi but have no relationship whatsoever to Taru except by marriage.
