im sure u r a photoshop user..so its easy to understand
i hope u r using cs3

here's a small tut

step 1 open vid

step 2 click the vid to be loaded make sure the format is either one mentioned

step 3 click ok, the frames i limit to 2 to cut down amount of frames, rest click as i said unless u want to select specified range

step 4 make sure animation box is open or else u cant see the frames/animation

step 5 u have ur animation

final to save ur animation

this is a tut i found when i googlled. to get text looking like tthis-

here goess

1Start a new 450x250 pixels, white background image. Pick the Type Text Tool and enter the text (any color) as shown.

Type Text Settings:
Font = Scriptina Size = 100 Antialias = checked Floating = Selected Stroke Size = 0

2 Save Selection to Alpha Channel (Selections>Load/Save Selection>Save Selection to Alpha Channel). Then, hit your Delete key.

Load your saved text selection (Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Alpha Channel).

3Apply a Radial Gradient Fill on the selection using the Floodfill Tool .

Radial Fill Settings:

4 And finally, apply the drop shadow filter (Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow).

Drop Shadow Settinsg:
Vertical = 3 Horizontal = 2 Opacity = 90 Blur = 0 Color = Black
