Hey, Heres a tutorial for a dotted/lined border like this one

--

First you take this image (save it) and open it onto photoshop:

EDIT > define pattern > okay

Now open the sig you want to add the border to.

[CLICK TO ENLARGE THESE]

you should end up with this

in PSP9...go on adjust- brightness nad contrast- brighntess/contrast :)....pick the #s depending on the picture...it should help😃
