well gurls,
today i saw chinu wearing the exact same kind of locket as nupur gifted mayank....
i think the serial producers somehow believe that people from small towns silver Love heart shaped locket....Cos nupur is also a small towner....but in reality i have barely seen anyone from small towns sporting such stuffs....

Do get back with your pov .... am waiting.....

I didnt watch that scene.. But ya producers of the show like setting up vague stereotypes.. Like that Bhavesh thingy in the beginning of the show.... Sammy pretending to be bhavesh making fun of small towners with his nadiya kinari.. neele gagan ke tale.. Today small town people are more hip then the metro people. The so called small towners are way faster then the city people and most of the bolly actors who have acheived a lot are from small towns..As per heart shape locket is concerned anyone can wear that.. old, young, metro people, small towners..so..

i think the heart shaped locket symbolizes love and love means the same to anyone either small towner or a city person

i mean look at how hip "city" people are projected.....the gals wear micro mino dresses..... are always referred to as babes....the guys.... ohh my god those "dudes".....the wanna be types....and their life style.. no study always party......i am city gal and have a lot of small towner friends.. i have never made fun of them.....

hey abs_insane,
even i am a city gal , i have never made fun of any small towner in fact i try to make them comfortable . if mayank loves nupur he shouldn't be ashamed of her gift .

its not mayank... there was diyaa too,who planned nupur's ragging cos she was a small towner.... and anyway i was pointing out that the makers in this show have some stereotypical ideas about small towners.... isnt that bothering??

Totally agree with everythin U said! they were actually tryna show that such kinda lockets or necklaces r meant for small town ppl! 😕 I didn't get it though!
