What kind of a joke Ashram is this?!

Who knew drama was possible in an ashram but then again, Radhika is known for her drama!

- Instead of it being a place where you meditate and mind your own business, all the women in there are as nosy as the ones in the outside world, constantly keeping tabs on what the other is doing.

- The ashram has been graced with bully sevika's like Janki didi, kind of like a butch in prison. All the women seem to be scared of her; atleast if they are in front of God, everyone should be equal.

- I didn't know a sevika could wear the same clothes as the other so called brahmin girls, isn't that what the fuss was about in the initial episodes of ashram? Maybe they bent the rules to get some 'fresh meat' 😉

- Janki Didi seems to have the hots for the priest, the way she keeps looking at him 😆

The vibe in that ashram for now is not a good one, I am surprised that all these people have time to meddle in everyone else's business instead of concentrating on God. What about the 'moh' and 'maaya' they are trying to give up, aren't they falling into the same trap by being overly indulgent in each other?

The creatives are a joke and their show is headed in the same direction!

Dee, I am like you in that my thoughts are "what the hell is going on here?"
This show has a way of taking the best of viewer predictions, using them and killing them
We soooooo wanted Rad to become enlightened aka Karate Kid style. But this Shadu is no Mr. Miyagi :( I thought this was her training ground for later becoming Mrs. Rajpurojit. What the heck?
It is like the Creatives take our ideas and then destroy them and throw them back at us.
I am really getting fed up with this show.

i agree with U,,,they are more nosy then outside world..i also don't like Jankididi..Maybe creative try to show how people live in Ashram..Maybe if some are try to think about to live..before making decision think about...

hahaha, funny posts girls, sometimes it's funnier to read the responses than the actual show, it's pathetic what they are doing!

JP: They are bent on ruining the show, that's what's happening, I gave them the benefit of the doubt till today's show, after which I was like wth??!! Is this why she left home, what is the purpose of this nonsense, atleast teach the girl some life lessons, so far she has been just doing the same work she was doing at home, and janki didi reminds me of a passive agressive amma...not a good situation at all. Janki didi looks at radhika with disgust, why so? she only knows her from a few days?

Are these characters taught how to do only one expression- devki constripation, janki disgust, dev pained...can they not progress?

Dee, I am starting to believe that the real lessons of this show are that you get in life what you put out
Rad has taught people to treat her as a nothing. That is what she gets wherever she goes. She has a servile nature that has nothing to do with the deep respect you give others because you respect yourself completely. Instead, she gives respect to everyone and looks for someone to tell her what to do with her life. She is easily led and easily influenced. There is no strong inner voice, instead she is a hole that is looking for filling. In no way is this the respect that we Indians are taught to give our elders and our teachers.
Also, her manipulation of her allegience to Kanha is met with religious institutions that bar and belittle her. The gates closing in on her here are the same as the gates that kept her away from the arti last week in Vrindiban. She hides behind Kanha and in return people use religion to treat her badly.
I hate to sound so bitter, but this is my real feeling after the last few episodes
There is a quiet humbleness that radiates out of a person who is so complete that he or she needs nothing else. That person can show respect to an ant because s/he can give of oneself fully. Here Rads is such a vacuum, such a hole, what can she provide? Every promise she makes she has to break. She told Dev that they must do their duty to their families. If I were her, I would dig a tunnel and go to my dad.
And look at Dev. He has communicated to others like Vivek that it is ok to lie to him. He accepts it unquestioningly from everyone: Rad, his family, Birju. And that is what he gets over and over again.

Something is disturbing me ........ why is it that women are so harsh towards other women. 😔 We see this all the time in all of the serials. Women are being portrayed as the ones doing the worse deeds. Even in an ashram we see this element of harshness. I agree that discipline etc. is essential but couldn't we be more loving while disciplining? Why can't we support each other. I really find all this very disturbing.

I agree JP, she has put herself in such a situation that in the end, she has nothing left and she did the one thing she probably should not have done- took the easy way out. I say if you have the guts to ruin other's life (read dev's), you might as well stick around to see the suffering you have inflicted. Radhika does not, she did damage and she ran out of there. Today is when her father needed her the most, its incredulous that at EVERY turn in her life, she has listened to good instead of bad, she refuses to listen to the good her father and Dev say, instead she focusses on what Amma, Devki and the rest of the clan tell her to do.

For once, I would like to see her stand for truth, run like you have never run before to help a father who has treated you more than your own. I fail to understand what this girl is about, she runs when the going gets tough and turns her back on the people who need her the most at any given time. First Dev and now her father...
