@Mariam: You bet, she just proved that she is allergic to logic and sensibility- more than that, it seems like she is allergic to the ideas of "-ve" people. We did not even tell her what we want, we just requested her to keep it simple, the least she could have done was not to show us what we don't want to see- we deserve at least that much respect as viewers, don't we? I would have been okay with at least a thanda, mediocre date instead of this comedy in the name of "romance"

@blue: Oh definitely! I'd rather MN be thanda, dull or boring than stupid, senseless or out of character, which is always the case.
It would've been different if they always gave us amazing scenes and just this once they screwed up, but it isn't... It's the other way around in fact, dumb scenes, not to mention storyline all around and then sudden strokes of genius (if I can call it that). Back to dumb scenes again...
I usually overlook the bad moments when we get good ones, but HOW long am I gonna keep doing that?
How long am I gonna keep waiting for good scenes, only to find myself disappointed after swooning about them?
I wish they'd just cut MN from the show and spare us the horror.

PD: Soona' pure 20% members aur yeh 20% isliye hai ki yahaan se 100 posts door jab MJHT phorum pe koi MN scene par excited ho jaata hai aur celebrate karta hai toh PD kehti hai.. Chup hoja member warna Cheezy Mappu Man cut/outs lekar aa jaayega.... Aur teen din (jab main nahi thi) acchhe scenes dekar inn bewakoof creatives ne PD ke bakwaas scoops ka naam mitti mein mila diya.. Iski sazaa milegi.. barabar milegi..

Aur usiki sazaa hum sab bhoogat rahe hai.. chaar din ki chandni phir kaali raat..

@bold: Honestly Mariam I think all the scenes of MN which we loved turned out so well because of Rati and Arjun enacting them like that- I am really beginning to doubt if the 'creatives' ever created the characters of Mayank and Nupur with the intention of keeping their original essence intact. If you see, there was really no novelty in the tracks that have been planned for MN till now, its just the actors- we were under the impression that it was creatives doing a great job but now I see that it has ALWAYS been about the actors, Rati n Arjun elevated and accentuated all the decently written MN scenes purely with their acting, as long as MN were kept in character, making us swoon n giving us that magical feeling. I mean the moment we see MN going out of character we easily observe the difference because the weakness and loopholes in the script are very evident as the actors cannot camouflage them only on the basis of their performance. In short Rati and Arjun owned every cliched, fairly good scenes and made them look fabulous n unique to us, however they are unable to make it all work or salvage them now because of the awful dialogues, pathetically written scenes and total digression from the original characters of MN - how long could they have continued to do the fixing job through their acting alone? They needed the support from the script at some point and that lack of support is blatant now.
