Is rakhi paying amount to this show?

Looks like Rakhi is doing her own Publicity in this show, she must be give money to this show.

Or may be Producer

no I think she is being PAID to do this show!

NDTV is making so much money from this show. Rakhi and all the contestants would be getting paid. Usually the participants of a reality show get paid to be on that show.
