He had to be the next to go ... the others have in some way been able to touch Rakhi and she has said each of them in discussions ... but Raman never got her heart ...

He's a very nice guy though and wished her all the best - he left with dignity and if he had to leave, I am sure some girl will see him on television and wish to marry this really nice gentleman.

I also think he did this for exposure and experience. He says that he doesn't have a lot of friends. And, he seemed a little strange in the beginning. He has learned to carry himself and seems to have more confidence now. So, he can go out and make friends now, and also will most likely find a nice girl ...
