Rollercoaster of emotions once again.

Hello everybody.


Well, I'm back with my ramblings, rantings and ravings about KYPH. 😊


My work schedule is extremely hectic this year, and I won't be posting that often, but as I was asked by a few of my friends, I will try to post every now and then, should time grace me with a few moments to put pen to paper. 😕


Yesterdays episode starts off where it ended on Friday, with Kripa feeling the after-effects of having eaten the "Prasad" laced by Angad. And her vomiting cause some concern to me as she is so fragile, yet it seems that my concern hadn't touched Angad one bit, as he was happy-go-lucky, to the point of even admitting to her that he had laced her food with vomit medicine.


Amid all this we have Naina (being portrayed by a new actor, whose name slips my mind right now) walking in to enquire about Angads "wound" and to inform them about AniTTah and Maneks wedding……to which I say "Poor Manek", but then again , he did have his hand in the Prithvi's plot to have Agnad sent to jail by doing a lousy job as Angad's attorney, so I guess he's getting his just desserts……but I digress. Naina came for those purposes but leaves with more than she had bargained for, as she hears Kripa being ill and Angad oh-so-casually lets it slip that Kripa is pregnant!!! 😲 Much to Kripa's shock, anger and disgust, and not to mention Naina's shock as she ponders as to how this could be since Angad and Kripa have been married for what……a week, if not leass………but Angad covers by blatantly and with no shame or embarrassment telling his mom that he and Kripa shared a intimate relationship before they were married!!! YIKES!!!! This had me gaping at my t.v, at the boldness of this situation, because even if Naina had know about this, to so openly state it to his MOM as if they were discussing the weather left me flabbergasted.


I guess what Angad told Kripa in the hospital is true, he doesn't go looking for opportunities to humiliate, insult and hurt her, these opportunities seem to fall in his lap, just like the idea of telling Naina that Kripa was pregnant. One wonders where the whole vomiting incident would have led to, had Naina not walked in and played the situation right into Angad's hands. Anyways, Naina immediately insists that Angad and Kripa return to the Khanna house as they both need to be cared fore properly, and predictable, Angad is tres reluctant to do so, and Kripa seeing this jumps at the chance to get back at him by playing the ever-dutiful wife in front of Naina, by saying she'll do what Angad says………….well, to cut a long story short, the decision is made and they land up packing their belongings and moving back to the Khanna house.


Moving on, we have Naina welcoming her Bahu and son home, doing the aarti, like the doting mother and saas that she seems to have become, and she goes upto Karthik, who is a silent witness to this show of affection, and asks him if he had moved his things out of Angads room, to which he immediately suggests that the newly wed couple could make do with the guest room!!! Sigh, I really don't blame Karthik for this bit of snippiness, as he was just getting use to having his mom shower her affections onto him, after a lifetime of neglect, only to have Angad walk back into his life and home, thus having said attention and affection being moved back from Karthik to Angad. I can understand his frustrations 'cause all he wants is his mom's love………but to hate Angad for this…..not on!!.......after all this, and at Naina's insistence that it would be better for Kripa, since she is pregnant and constantly walking up and down the stairs is not conducive to her health, Karthik agrees to move his things.

But this whole thing brings a few questions to mind.

1) What on earth was Karthik doing, staying in Angads room? 😕

2) If Karthik is staying in what use to be Angad's room, why is the only room left the guest room.........in that huge house???...........and where was Karthik living before......same said guest room??? 😕

3) What happened to the wing that Naina and Dilip were renovating for Karthik and Mishty just before their wedding?? 😕

4) Since when is Angad's room located downstairs...........as far as I can recall, we've always seen Angad walking upstairs to his room, or coming downstairs from his room??? 😕

I know, I know………..it's Ekta land and there are bound to be gaping holes and inconsistencies, but I had to ask.


The next set starts with Manek inviting Prithvi to his wedding, with Prithvi refusing to attend as it will be awkward, and painful, stressful and he wouldn't want to see Angad and Kripa together. We have Manek telling him that as his friend he has some rights to him and as a wedding gift Prithvi should attend his wedding…….after all, Prithvi didn't commit any sin………………ummm, HELLO!!!!……..JOSH'S MURDER……..o.k, so to which I'll give Manek his credit, he doesn't know about this.

The one thing that Manek did say and I wholeheartedly agree with was when he told Prithvi to face the realization that he and Kripa were never meant for or made for each other. 👍🏼


The last set begins with Angad buzzing around his and Kripa's bedroom, looking genuinely excited, filling the walls and spaces with teddy's and baby pictures, much like any excited father-to-be would do, but then we see the little flaw in this whole thing, right? But this image had me really hoping that a cute little A-K baby be on its way soon, because it would be great to see Anyways, Kripa walks in to this, looses it and starts ripping the pictures apart, much to Angads shock, anger and yes….hurt. And when he calls her insensitive, she throws that word back at him, raging at him for trivializing the bond between a mother and her child, telling him that she suffered a plenty when she lost "her" child and that the blame for this lays solely at his feet. To which Angad replies that he's surprised that she hurt at this 'cause wasn't it her who told him that it was a good thing that "her" child died before entering this world. And as he's words ring in her ears, she collapses to the floor, tears running unchecked down her face. Angad carries on to tell her that he had second thoughts about doing what he just did, yet he decided to go ahead, to show her that he also hurt, and to remind her that she would think 1000 times over before she flings the blame of the loss of "their" child in his face again.


That said, Angad walks out on a still crying Kripa, who has flashbacks of the time she lost their child, to the time Angad was holding a fan's baby, after his concert, and still the tears continue to flow, and we cut to Angad………Angad whose anger and venom have left him, Angad who is as sad, hurt and miserable as Kripa is. Angad, who hurts every time he hurts Kripa. The episode ends with a sad version of KYPH playing in the background and the trademark screen split to show Angad and Kripa, both miserable, both wounded, both in tears.


I know I skimmed over some parts of the show and negelected to mention AniTTah, but I seem to zone out every time she is in the picture, so sorry.


Oh, before I forget, it looks like Aaliyah is en route for AniTTah's wedding, and hopefully this will mean Agnad having one more person, other then Shabir, on his side, as daadi seems to be supporting Kripa once again.


Daadi has left me disappointed, as she should be playing matchmaker, instead she seems to be fuelling the flames of this whole Angad-Kripa situation. She isn't the daadi I have come to know and love from the earlier days of KYPH, as she seems to be blind to Angad's pain.


On a different note, I can't wait for Prithvi's true colours to be exposed, thus turning Kripa and probably his family against him, thereby driving him insane……..or should I say more insane than he already is, and resulting in him being shipped off to the loony bin………..I personally would have loved to see him walk the green mile to the gallows, knowing we'd be rid of him once and for all, but that is not to be, so I guess I'll take what I get for now.

Kartik ko Angad ki cheez ya g/f pe hath marne ki aadat ho gaye hai, pehle Misty aur phir Angad ka bedroom😆😆

U dunn know Hafsu, Kartik was living in Khanna House before I think he was living in guest room..😉

hey thanx for the analysis n seriously wat is dadi trying to do instead of making peace b/w both she is telling them to go ahead wid the war (has she lost it 😡 ) where is da dadi we saw in da starting of the show she has changed so much (Kripa ki naam ki mala japti rehti hai ) poor Angad now he has only shabbir n now aliya 😭

About the questions, there's no logical answers for them. I guess we can put our brains to sleep when watching this soap, after all, everyones houses and bedrooms seem to change on a daily basis, only the Khanna house seems to stay the same, well for most of the time, last week it was different.
