Percept Picture Company (PPC), established in 1993 is India's leading content creation, aggregation and distribution company, which offers its services in producing motion pictures, television software, distribution and marketing of motion pictures, ad films production, corporate films, live events and special projects. Making inroads into the Indian feature film industry in 1998 with Pyaar Mein Kabhi Kabhi, PPC became the first advertising-related production house to produce a full-length feature film. In 2002 it released its second children's film Makdee that was appreciated at several reputed international film festivals including the Cairo International Film Festival and later in 2004 released India's first mainstream commercial film Phir Milenge with a socially relevant message. They have now successfully done their theatrical distribution for movies like Page 3, Mumbai Xpress, Bose - The Forgotten Hero, Yahaan and Pyaar Mein Twist in Indian theatres. But with Hanuman, Percept Picture Company went a step ahead by first time venturing into animation. Hanuman was not only appreciated by the kids and parents alike it also remained at the top 10 list at the box-office. PPC also produced a laugh-riot Home Delivery, starring Veveik Annand Oberoi, Ayesh Takia and Mahima Choudhary. In October 2005 they decided to go global by signing ace director Ram Gopal Varma for their international film Within. It is PPC's second international venture, as their first being Tree Of Life, directed by Terrence Malick starring Hollywood heart-throb Colin Farrell. Currently on the floors this film is being produced in collaboration with SaharaOne Motion Pictures with PPC holding the executive producer's reins.

There are a vast repertoire of films and collaborations which are in the pipeline. To begin with, among their international projects are Racing The Monsoon featuring Michael Douglas and Aishwarya Rai, Beautification Of Mother Teresa starring Penelope Cruz filmed in Rome, Kolkata, Darjeeling and Delhi, Sacred Evil brings actress Sarika and an international star cast together and Truck Of Dreams a docudrama that has Arun Kumar directing a Stewe Hawes scripted film, but their most awaited and long delayed international project is Ek, being directed by Ram Gopal Varma. Ek will star Hindi film industry's biggest names and will cost around $20 million which remains their most expensive and perhaps the most eagerly anticipated film of all time.

Their forthcoming Hindi films are Malamaal Weekly, a comedy directed by Priyadarshan, Robby Grewal's Bombay To Paris and Madhur Bhandarkar's Corporate and Signal.

Escalating eminently, PPC is spreading its arms in television software with shows such as Dial One Aur Jeeto, ADA, Woh Rehnewali Mehalon Ki and Hare Kaanch Ki Chudiyan currently aired on SaharaOne. Besides, they have conceptualised and executed the biggest wedding of the century "Sahara Wedding" in 2004 and their live events include Mr And Miss Bollywood, Indian Diva, CPA Kambakht Piracy, etc.
