Haha Priyanka and Shilpa's plastic surgery is so obvious its not even funny. 😆 Both definitely look better after surgery, its like different people altogether!

Priyanka looked beautiful before and after.

Shilpa should be careful about the surgery, she don't want to end up like that koena or whatever her name is girl.

Preity looked so pretty before. I don't know why she changed herself, she looks so plastic now.

Kangana looks good now

Priyanka has one of the best results.

Preity....she's still pretty, but looks depressed all the time.

Kangana looks beautifull in both ways

Shilpa, errrrr.....i dont like her

I know! Sorry to say, but Priyanka looks like a behenji in her "before" picture. (someone called her before pictures "unfortunate looking".. which I thought was totally hilarious!) Now I remember why I was utterly flabbergasted when she won the Miss World title!

Preity looked better before though, so fresh and pure. Now she has a "stuck up" look. (no pun intended)

I agree, the change in Shilpa (for the better) is sooo obvious that it is bordering down to hilarious!

Kangana looks much better, but no wonder she smiles less these days.

priyanka DID NOT HAVE A SURGERY DONE ON HER NOSE!!!

as u can see, she BARELY has a full smile on her face because she knows, her lips reach her nose

she was only 17 then, now shes a well grown 25 year old woman, her features are more refined, before her face had baby fat thats why it looks SO different from the now pics
