I disagree and so do a lot of websites and news channels. When you grow older, you lose baby fat from the face, you don't lose fat from the nose or dramatically have an altered nose with a different bone structure. Besides the fact that the change in her nose is so obvious to a layman, media has brought this out in the open quite a lot in the past too.

Also, people go through a lot of physical change from childhood to puberty and adolescent years. A 17 year old girl is in the last stages of her transforming years, she is not going to change THIS drastically in mere 8 years especially when there is no drastic weight loss/gain involved.

Shilpa and Priyanka are better looking now after the plastic surgery !! Preity and Kangana are also pretty looking now than a few years back !!

I do agree with you, with every year passed by the changes in the body take place naturally, and if we start playing with the nature then sometimes the results can be lethal !! Whatever god has given anyone he/she should be happy with. This is only paise walo ke chochaley (Showoff of money)!! We have seen what MJ went through with this same process !!

Shilpa Shetty – She underwent nose surgery

Preity – Got her face structured and removed those cute laugh lines with surgery

Kangana – Underwent nose surgery,plumped up her lips and face

Shilpa and Priyanka! Preity looks great either way, I think she's damn cute no matter what! Kangana's pic just looks air-brushed, I don't seem so see much difference!

I think it's just me but I prefer Priyanka before. I always thought something seemed amiss but it wasn't apparent to me she underwent surgery, I know, I catch on pretty slow.
Of late her appearances have been kinda jaded, she looks the worst with her smoky eye shadow.
