Zero figure Kareena Kapoor is strict on her diet

In the recent times, a fitness bug seems to have bitten Bollywood with males running after sculpted abs and even their female counterparts are leaving no stone unturned to attain all new avatar.

Known for her much hyped zero size figure, and her vivacious disposition, Kareena Kapoor is undoubtedly one of the fittest divas in Bollywood.

While other crew members of 3 Idiots were gasping for breath, feeling giddy and feeble, thanks to the low levels of oxygen at high altitudes during their shoot at Panagong Lake in Kashmir, Kareena is super fit, courtesy her special diet.

Famous nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar has prepared a strict diet regimen for Kareena who seems to be following it dot by dot.

"It's tough working in extreme climactic conditions. Fortunately, I am surviving because of my yoga and diet, which I change according to the climate of the area where I shoot", Kareena said.
