Age Limit - Page 2

Okay here's what the LC3 official website says -- "Hero Honda Sa Re Ga Ma Pa L'il Champs is a unique platform where kids, in the age group of 8-13 years, showcase their singing talent to the world."

That's what I remember from early on, though I thought the minimum was six for LC2 - at least I assumed so seeing Vaishali!! LOL... But if maximum is 13 (it was always 13, I remember), how did they let Alka's 14 or 15 year old niece to audition?? Hmm... nice try!! Trying to make the viewers believe that neither Alka nor the channel shows any partiality to any contestants - they made that little girl to act in order to save the show's face or what??

Akku age 13 is unitl one turns 14......so child has to be atleast 8 and can't be over 14....

But Di I have noticed that in LC2 and LC3, they havent taken anyone who has completed 13 years - there would be kids who are 12 years and a few months, but still below 13... 😕

I guess than they changed rules....You and I both are 😕 There is no consistancy with information here...

Even during adult C-05 age limit was I think 17 thru 29....Don't you think that is a huge gap for a boy who is 17 and voice is going thru changes VS someone who is full fledge adult? Just my thoughts 😳

I agree Di, that wont be a good comparison... Even in LC, I think they should have separate shows for boys and girls than combining them together.. Boys would be undergoing voice breaking, and before that happens, their voices are kinda girlish, and once it starts, it would be a bit rough until they obtain the proper adult voice... But girls will have a sweeter voice when they start to mature and so they would sound better than the boys all the time... So it isnt fair for boys in that aspect...

Yes Di... But that would also mean two eliminations per week, one boy and one girl. So they should start with 24 kids - 12 boys and 12 girls, so that the first few eliminations would be justified and the viewers wont feel bad - provided the least good ones go first...
