Sugna - Problem child??? - Page 2

I agree with most of the viewers here. initially even I tried to find justification in what sugna is doing....trying to understand her grief.

frankly these days of all the female characters i like gehna the best these days followed by sumitra...their reactions are justifiable and real. now coming to suguna...her character was likable earlier...probably why her widowhood generated sympathy among viewers. but nowadays she mostly behaves like a spoilt brat who simply is incapable of comprehending the harsh realities of life and takes out her frustrations on easy victims like anandi and shyam. u might justify her behavior by saying that she is a teen and uneducated hence behaving this way. but i wish this is the message they were giving in the show. but no...the message is young men should come forward and willingly marry girls having children out of wedlock. pray tell me to how many ppl will this message be palatable?
i wud have preferred if they had shown suguna's pregnancy first...then got in badi jiji and shown stuff like suguna realizing she needs to get educated and going to school and then got in shyam and shown their love story gradually.

I agree to some extent but the lack of education and marriage at an early age can cause these problems...and its a fact in these kind of child marriage scenarios. Sugna may not be happy too soon because Shyam hasnt told his parents about the pregnancy... Moreover I hope Shyam will make Sugna study since he is the one with the modern outlook....As far as Sugna acting like a spoilt brat is concerned she is in the defensive mode and doesnt understand the gravity of the situation.

On second thoughts do you always need men to bail you out of situations..Shyam is helping her...whats the point..no woman empowerment or such things are shown...This serial is still showing women are helpless and need men...!! thats really not the case anymore!

unfortunately we are back to square one in all respects on the show. suguna is on her way to become a dutiful beendni and mother...all thoughts of education gone out of the window. dadisa is back to her widows are apshagun mode. gehna's music practice is stopped. i guess only thing left is anandi's education which im sure will be soon stopped.

actually they are trying to show that marriage bails you out of situations....how unreal..you are right people like Shyam dont exist
