Saif Ali Khan was kicked out of IIFA?

According to a source, the actor's unreasonable demands forced the event organisers to give him the boot!

The actor apparently wanted to party with friends in Hong Kong but kept giving varying reasons for wanting an early exit from the show.

A source reveals, "Saif was supposed to perform and promote Love Aaj Kal at the event. Everything was going as planned and all the documents were signed and sealed weeks in advance. But a few days before the event, Saif called one of the main organisers to an urgent meeting."

The source further adds, "Saif told him that he had joined hands with the T20 World Cup for his film's promotion and that he had to attend a match a day after the show and had to leave early.

The awards organiser told him that he could make an exit in time to take a flight to London for the T20 event, no matter when he performed. Saif was adamant that he perform first and not Sonam Kapoor, who was initially supposed to."

Adds the source, "Finally, Saif told them what was really on his mind. He said he had to leave the event early because a couple of his close friends from Hong Kong were throwing a party for him and his girlfriend Kareena Kapoor!

Saif was told that his priorities were clearly messed up and that he should attend his friend's party and not attend the awards show," concluded the source. Saif remained unavailable for comment.

I doubt it, coz didnt saif plan the T20 promotions WAY IN ADVANCE? Being the producer, he was well aware of the dates, and why would he even go for IIFA in the first place if his promotions were happening at the same time?

if its true, thas quite unprofessional of him to ditch his promotion....but if itz not....then watever, he has a choice to attend or not attend...for watever reason it is...

and itz good he didnt attend...there was nothing but drama there...

Before going into selective perception and all,I would like to ask u one simple question Mrs Lovanika and I hope u reply to it.
The article says everything was going as planned and all the documents were signed and sealed weeks in advance.Great.Then could you please tell me why there were never any article about Saif performing before?? That Shahid,Priyanka and Kareena would be performing has been announced way before but nothing has been said about Saif.While some people here always say that Saifeena have a nice PR which always keep them in the news,its strange that the same PR didn't publicize that Kareena and SAIF would be performing at IIFA if that was really the case 😕
Whats more strange is that this article is coming after so many days.

Well I was going to say Miss Lovanika but found out in another thread that your are married hence I used Mrs 😃

I haven't touched that question since I find that article strange in the sense that there were no articles about Saif performing before while there were loads about Kareena,Priyanka and Shahid and this article is coming after so many days 😕 I'm not trying to prove this wrong but I found that part about everything being finalised weeks in advance but no mention of Saif performing before really fishy.If there were news everywhere about Saif performing then I could believe this one.

And Saif isn't my favorite, I don't like him that much but is a fan of his work.

and why the hell r they coming up with this articles now? tht boring show is a stale topic now. Im glad alot off ppl dint perform for them.
