About the character: Vibha Anand is seen portraying the role of Sughna, Anandi's sister-in-law who gets married when she is a child. As her parents are not very orthodox, they don't do her gavna. After Anandi (who is younger than her) gets married to Sughna's brother Jagdish and comes to her in-laws place, there is a lot of pressure on Sughna and her parents fix a proper date for their daughter's gavna. Unfortunately, Sughna loses her husband on the day of her gavna and it is there that her struggle starts.

About the character: Anandi, played by Avika Gor, is seen playing the wife of Jagdish (Avinash Mukherjee). The show is set against the backdrop of rural Rajasthan, where child marriage is still common practice. Anandi is a young girl who becomes a victim. She is a minor and due to this, is very innocent. She works hard to overcome her difficulties and take on the responsibilities of being a wife.
