Meet controversies' favourite star kid – Narmmadaa

Mumbai, June 11: It is greatly believed that fame is something star kids get quite easily; yet there are certain flipsides on being a star kid! Still on the threshold of Bollywood, Govinda's daughter Narmmadaa is courting all sorts of controversies. Had it been any starry-eyed newcomer, she would have definitely shattered by scuttlebutt but the feisty girl knows how to handle it all!
According to B-town gossip, when Narmmadaa accompanied Salman to IIFA 2008, media rushed to link her up with the actor. Till most recently bollywood was rife with reports of Narmmadaa acting opposite Shahid Kapur and Salman launching her in a Nikhil Advani venture.

Well, the controversies surrounding Narmmadaa do not end here as recently a journalist wrote down that Govinda hardly has any time to devote to his daughter's career. However, a courageous Narmmadaa laughs off these rumours as, "It's untrue but amusing. Though it's a figment of the writer's creative imagination, it gives me a great feeling that the media wants to keep writing about me."

The article alleged that Govinda kept her debut on hold in order to focus on his career. The article says, "None of Govinda's choice of directors, David Dhawan or Nikhil Advani, had the dates".

The article even quotes Govinda stating, "I can't devote time to Nammo's (Narmmadaa) launch when there's this rush-hour going in my career… Once my films release, Nammo's launch will happen."

Clearing the air on grapevine surrounding her debut, a spirited Narmmadaa said, "The journalist has preferred to pick up selective quotes of my father and rearrange them in a context suited to tabloid-style journalism. I'm slowly coming to terms with such misleading reports."

However, Narmmadaa's publicist state that the budding star is presently going through three scripts as, "She has just returned from a long trip to London and is now headed to Macau for the next IIFA Awards. On the film front, there's still some time for the announcements to come and the current names floating in the media market are mere speculation."

She's a great learner that being controversy is good for staying in the news...LOL I saw an article describing her as being a mixture between deepika and preity zinta.I think it's a great combination and I would like to see that.

I seem to be holding a very different understanding of the word "controversial" than the press...I cannot understand where in that article she was being so...😕😆
