The fact is not all children are lucky to enjoy their childhood. But is banning child labour the solution ? Though I must add that it does take care of exploitation of the kids to some extent.

i don't think that banning child labor is the solution. i think that the government should develop the economy and education system to be able to educate the children and open more working opportunities to other people.

For once the govt can turn truly secular & make some disincentive policies too along with incentives to control its rapid population growth in the country

We cannot blame the producers alone for child labour. A lot of people are responsible for that.
Even we are responsible if we see an instance of child labour and do nothgin about it.

What do U suggest should be done?
Some NGOs have been reporting cases of child labour & police raids that place , employer faces action but the children R jobless now. Does that really solve their problem?

Today there was a news clip about producers of 8 TV serials ( ballika badhu, uttaran, chhote ustad etc)being sent notice on charges of child labour. Do U think its only the producers to blame?
