Hey, don't apologize, I do it too. 😆 Yes - parents know what they are doing and judges know what they are doing - amongst all this "knowing" is stuck the little child who does not know what he or she is doing. I don't care about anyone else - its the kids who have all my sympathy.

Its one thing if such "criticism" occurs in adult shows when they come in for auditioning (ie the Idol shows), because in all honesty, some of them do need that slap on their face in the name of criticism, but little kids? How can you break a little child's heart like that? How can a judge make such foolish comments? And how can a parent bring a child knowing what he or she will go through based on his/her singing?
