Sue, you could be right, but if he knew Meera, he would have said something about Suja looking like Meera. He showed no signs of recognition when he saw her.

Could it be like this?!

Meera is friend of Sara..... Ganesh didn't get a chance to see Meera, except he knows that she is Sara's friend. That's why he decided to help her (because Sara had requested him) by introducing Meera to Arthi over the phone... to get a place for Meera's stay at Kunoor.

That's why Ganesh did not refuse when Suja accused him for sending Meera to Arthi's place.

Also, he didn't show any signs of recognition when he saw Suja. Am I correct?!

Yes, Supree. That also seems to be the main reason why Ganesh complained earlier that Sara was leaving him in the lurch and going to London. That too could be the reason why Ganesh keeps calling Sara for advice every time Suja bugs him about Meera and Aarthi.
