Success rate of Salman

I don't know if anyone mentioned this, but do you guys think that Salman will be successful in life? Many of these Indian reality shows don't really get the contestants anywhere.. they have to do everything on their own. Sometimes I have this feeling that these contestants rely on dance shows to get them that big break and then find out that it hasn't really helped them. That has happened with ZEE Cinestars ki Khoj and Sa Re. to some extent...

My opinion: Yes, he has a chance because he has a large fan following. if you guys remember, I made a topic titled "Reasons why Salman won" and considering that I think he might be successful... lets see. We really don't know anything as of now

I just hope that these guys keep their determination and never give up... It's really annoying how these days star kids or models are becoming actors and the talented ones who really deserve it are being left behind. You guys must be thinking where I brought Bollywood from... Few DID people want to work in Bollywood and i just hope that they get their due

Besides Salman, can you think of anyone else who might be successful?

Salman doesn't wanna be a choreographer or an actor, he wants to be a dancer. So basically like one-off dances in bollywood or what? :S Or item dances but for a guy so like the male version of rakhi sawant? :S

Prashant Tamang from Indian Idol too had a 'huge fan following' but we all know where he is now.

I really hope he continues his studies cos being just a dance wasn't even enough to get hrithik/shahid in this industry, so atleast that way salman has something to lay back on. :)

oh yeah i know... salman wants to be a dancer. mayuresh, siddesh, and i jai are the ones who want to work in bollywood... hmm... then yeah, what does he mean by "dancer"? i guess shows and stuff? i mean in india, usually dancers are in bollywood....

but, i def. agree with you that salman should have his formal educaton handy. i think he is an engineer, so.. what i guess if he nothing much happens, he should go back to engineering?? i dont know....but yeah, i hope he has a backup plan

I seriously think that Salman, Jai, Mayuresh, Bhavna, Khushboo, and Alisha will go far in life.

From one of the interview it looks like Salman wants to be an actor...success or not depends on luck too. If he does really have the passion for dance he will stickaround and try to make it a win win situation for him...if he gives in too early he will probably get back to his education....

If he truly deserves to be known as an actor or a dancer or both, in his life and career, he will sure get there - only God knows it. For example, Shankar Mahadevan is a software engineer by profession, but music was his destiny, so after working for Oracle for a few years, he made his name as a singer and MD, which he truly deserves.

Yes, Shankar is a great musician - he has in-depth knowledge of music and a very good voice too. He learned music since a kid, so he wasnt a stranger to it either, but went to do Engineering and started his career as a software engineer, then decided to quit and go to music direction and singing - so we got to know him and hear his songs! 😃

I am not sure about Salman being an actor as he wasnt too good at expressions, but if he improves then he might do better in acting career. 😊

Good Shankarji left hois engg for singing...we got to ehar some good music in the industry....nahi to copy music and besure singers se kaam chalana padta tha...😉.
