wonderful topic ... with regards to what tushar did with kashish, as she stopped him, when he wanted to leave, its not really RAPE, purely on the basis, she was the one who begged him to stay ... so in that manner regardless of her not being in her senses, she consented to the act. He in turn could say that she RAPED him ... i mean think about it, he was willing to leave she forced him to stay ....


As for when kannan gets raped ....?? Oh man, dont even bring that topic up, surely there have been enough rapes, to get the message across.
