Wel in a way wat happened b/w Kash n tushar can be called rape...coz kash wasnt in her senses...n nor did she wish 2 sleep wit tushar...ok she thought he was sujal(rajeev) but then it was actually tushar....so it can be called rape coz it didnt happen wit K's true consent!
