Ronit Roy and Ram Kapoor will be seen in Kashyap's next production

Anurag Kashyap's next, to be directed by Vikram Motwani, will have TV's biggest stars — Ronit Roy and Ram Kapoor. Titled Udaan, the film will go on floors by July end and is set in Jamshedpur.
Casting 'em right
This will be the first time Ronit and Ram will be seen together on the big screen. Confirming the news, Anurag says, "Udaan is ready to go on the floors. The script needs freshness and I have been a huge fan of Ram since Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi, and Ronit and I stay at the same building," he explains how he came about to cast this unique team.
Ram and Ronit play brothers in the film. Ask him about rivalry and Kapoor says, "We get along famously. Both our characters have interesting shades. Udaan is a great film, and I am very happy to be a part of it."
Udaan isn't the only film in Ram's kitty. The actor has also signed Khalid Mohamed's next which begins in October and will also be seen in Karthik Calling Karthik with Farhan Akhtar and Deepika Padukone. The actor who was first seen in Mira Nair's Monsoon Wedding says, "I owe everything to my TV show, Kasamh Se. It's because of that show that people noticed me and I got these films."
Ram leaves for Udaipur in the next few days where he will be hosting Rakhi Sawant's reality show Swayamvar.
