i believe that sajid was behind her death....she was drunk sitting at the window, and he came from behind and pushed her....he got away cuz there was no solid proof against him...and even if there was, he buried them...

in the begining of all sajid's movies, there is a picture of her and it says "in loving memory of divya bharti"..or sumthing like that...
