I think we have had many many reality shows to come to a conclusion that the public votes are not based on talent of any kind. Be it dance, songs, comedy whatever be it, they vote on the drama, regionalism, gender, looks etc and probably the talent is the least on their mind. I am generalising of course.
Now, having known this, what I have observed is that the women, Gauhar, HK, Parul, Shilpa, Monica, another one(I dont know her name) have all been extremely bitchy. They talked about each other badly, they created controversies etc. and came of looking like really people who are poor human beings. There is no excuse for that. This is not being competitive. If you are a competitive one, then you would concentrating on youself to improve yourself. not concentrating on what other are doing. The men on the other hand were more fun and fair. Karan, Ram, Baichung, magician, Anand and Mohinder enjoyed the show and made us want to watch them.
Why did the women behave so differently than the men. Gauhar should have know by may be the 5th show that she is being shown in a negative spot light. Her dramas did not help her cause of getting votes. You dont have to be a rocket scientist to figure that out. She was probably in the bottom on 3-4 times and due to the judges vote in the face-off she made it to the final. This was all because people did not want to vote for her, though she was the better ones. All the women were really bitchy.
Well, this is my opinion

I think you forgot to mention the name of Bhagyashree. She was the first to be eliminated and also alledged that only those people are kept who can play for the gallaries.

Well I remember something about her too that they kept showing, that in my opinion was drama. But yes she was much less bitchy than the others. Lower level!!!!
Also, I am really glad that Gauhar did not win (even though she was a good dancer) because in my opinion she was in everybody's business and was thus not a very pleasant person. I just dont like that type of competitiveness in people. Too intense and annoying. Makes others to waste a lot of energy in defending themselves.

hmm...well, i certainly did notice that the male contenders seemed to be less bitchy, not so fiercely competitive and more fun...and the women did comment on each other a bit...but i think that can also have something to do with the channel's own manipulation of the footage to some extent...of course, it's true that the women bitched a tad more than the men, and provided the channel with the raw material to cook up a storm with acidic AVs...case in point : Gauhar and HK, where they literally created a furore over a few isolated statements pulled out of context, but it actually led to an argument between the two 😳...and in contrast, Karan and Baichung, where the attempt to create controversy fell flat in the channel's face...lol...😆
another thing i've noticed is that the women seemed to take the statements about each other far more seriously than the men did...for instance, again, Karan and Baichung literally smiled the entire AV off, in good fun, and did not cry over what was said by either of them...Gauhar and HK, on the other hand, got into the whole arena of counter-arguments, and quite predictably, things got ugly...and here, too, the channel has a hand, in pointedly asking Gauhar to explain her statement and then asking HK to comment on it, when what we're actually waiting for is for them to perform on the stage, not behind it...yeesh...

the men were always more easygoing and fun to watch....
i think the bond that the men on the show shared was really genuine....most of them thought of themselves as non dancers who were not gonna last throughout....but the women already started comparing each other's lifts and all.....
men are waaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyy more fun to watch.....even the male choreo's had great bonding amongst themselves whereas the women had certain amount of animosity between them...
specially KARAM!!!!
Miss this super entertaining pair....looking forward to their jhalak in finale!!!!
love

I guess the reason could be....Girls are fast learners....... Now after learning their steps...In the free time they start bitching about each other. You see "Khali dimaag Shaitaan ka ghar" ..Whereas Boys...They keep on leaning the steps till the end...and so dnt get time for extra activities😆
