You can only vote once, but here's the catch. When you vote, close all other windows besides the one that you are voting in. Vote, then exit out of that window, open another window, go to the link above and vote again and do this as much as you want.
They don't send you confirmation emails so, use random emails. I have voted at least 20 times doing this.
