SRK waits on Star Plus for show
The buzz doing the rounds is that Shah Rukh Khan will be starring in a brand new TV show on Star Plus that production house Synergy Adlabs has already started working on.
About hosting a show, SRK says, "I did one season of KBC and one of Paanchvi Pass, but I still have a contract with Star for one year, so I cannot host any other show outside. I think they are working on things. I am sure that they will come up with something new soon. Till my contract is over, I cannot think about hosting anything else. My last show did not do well but let's see how things work out this time."

A source from the production house says, "The channel and production house were thinking about coming up with a fourth season of Kaun Banega Crorepati but now Sony TV has the rights and are planning on making a new season."
The production house is supposedly doing research for a new format of show. The source adds, "We want a new format as Paanchvi Pass didn't work with audiences. However, everything is still in the planning stages and nothing is confirmed."
When contacted, STAR Plus' EVP and GM Keertan Adyanthaya said, "We do not have any plans to do a show with Shah Rukh as of now."
Meanwhile, it is said that the channel will first launch their big show Sach Ka Samna, based on the international game show Moment of Truth, hosted by Rajeev Khandelwal. Shooting for Sach Ka Samna will start next month.
