Karan and Kratika: New off-screen pair?
The case on onscreen lovebirds warring off-screen is quite common in the TV industry. But for Karan Kundra and Kratika Kamra, the scenario is quite the opposite. Onscreen, Arjun Punj (Karan) and Aarohi (Kratika) from Kitani Mohabbat Hai (NDTV Imagine) have always rubbed each other the wrong way. However, when the cameras stop rolling, Karan and Kratika are all loved up.
According to a source, "Karan and Kratika are presently dating. They love spending time with each other on the sets and even meet when they aren't shooting. They are often seen together and they are inseparable."
Kratika, however, refused to comment on this, saying, "Right now, I really don't want to disclose anything. But yes, we are very good friends."
Ask her about what she likes about her costar and she can't help gushing, "He's a very naughty and a very funny man. He's completely different from other guys who are very cunning and smart. Karan is clean at heart. He's very caring, very helpful and a very nice person. I love spending time with him."
Karan too decided to remain tightlipped about their relationship, saying, "I really don't want to comment on this but it is true that I am very fond of Kratika. She is a very nice girl."
When asked about his present relationship status of 'Not Single' on his Facebook page, he laughs saying, "Yes, it does say 'not single' but that doesn't mean I am dating someone! Well, aap uska kuch bhi matlab nikaal sakte ho?"
However, he has a lot to say about Kratika, adding, "Kratika and I have been very good friends right from day one. We spend a lot of time together on the sets hence spending time together now has become a compulsion."
Keeping in mind their closeness and praise for each other, does Kratika think that there are chances of love blooming between her and Karan in the future? She shyly replies, "Future ka toh you never know what might happen. But even if it does, it will come as a surprise to me."
On the show, Aarohi and Arjun had started to fall in love but things soured quickly. Aarohi got hit by Arjun's car. Although she is better now and is recovering, she has once again started hating Arjun. Kratika tells us about it, "Now for sometime, Aarohi will struggle to achieve success and Arjun will help her secretly. But love is not on the cards. It will probably take some time."
