Sorry but thats a very badly matched outfit. The shirt is very poor & scarf is very out of place. However he looks cool.

I agree - what is with wearing that scarf these days? it looks like an old rag.
The other skinny one he wore looks like a rope around his neck - not flattering at all.
except for that scarf he looks great as usual.
