Iam in Grade 7 and i have this homework about making a speech and i dont know how to make a speech

oky here the Speech Info plz plz help

Here what it says in the Booklet

you are running for student council predsdent. Food Choice in the cafeteria is an issue in the school issiue . so i have to come up with a spech for food prombles in the caffteria because they always serve burges fries and hot dog so many students have complaing not havving healtherie food so i have to so i have to come up with the speech the teenagers will vote for me i have to make speech for cafeeteria helthier but still appealing to teens

The speech will be of how many minutes? Can you post here whatever speech you can write? Then I will suggest the improvements.
