Why the twist

OK.Let's muse why T & D went for the stupid twist :

a) The story was becoming too predictible with half the world coming to know the original story scene by scene thanks to us and a few others like us;

b) It has been proved repeatedly stories with sense don't sell but stories with nonsense and glamour do. Hence we get Jassi as a model who will get the sense of duniyadaari while making total nonsense of the story.

c) Coming back as Gulmohar's head would not have any novelty because Jassi has already been shown to be a CEO and throw tantrums to get things done. Also,making the hero subservient to her would have gone against the staid 'hero' definitions of Indian audience where women are strong but never ever more powerful positionwise than men. That's an absolute no no.🤢

d) Jassi becoming beautiful and then carrying on with a normal life did not seem to be of any entertaining value.To cash in the makeover by giving it a macabre twist was too much of a temptation to let go.

e) Armaan's going back to Mallika after confessing his love for Jassi would have weakened his claims on Jassi.So he had to remain the untouched perpetual devdas.

f) Now if Armaan rejects the model Jessica for Jassi ( which I have a strong suspicion he will ), he gets to be more in the 'great lover' light.What a crap.

g) Rejected Mallika walks away with the symphathies of a jilted lover. That's not what Indian vamps do. They take revenge. Heroines get to be the sacrificing suffering lambs. Then of course they 'expose' the vamps.

h) Bloopers and a meandering storyline ensure stupendous trp.The more the number of bloopers,more the number of trp. Unless you bribe to get them.Or both.😡

g ) Please feel free to add as many more as you like.

Take my word for it.None of us will ever miss another JJKN episode after this.👏 I am already looking forward to find out what happens next,sense can go to hell.

Don't forget that Ekta is secretly directing the show. T&D are Ekta's
muppets. Ekta is sitting somewhere right now with the big ole tika
running up her forhead, smiling (we know how beautiful her smile is) and
making T&D cluck like chickens.

Why can't they just give Arman to me rather than drowning him in whisky

And Jassi can become the Miss. Universe 2005 for all I care.......

Brilliant, Minnie. In particular, Armaan could not have gone back to Mallika, he has to maintain the untouched devdas look. And that Mallika had to become an evil vamp, how can people accept the fact two people did not get married because one of them does not love the other. That is not a strong enough reason for india.

i agree with minnie.... because we the audience got to know the story... by scene by scene... t & d had to give a new twist for the story to captivate more audience.....

In the beginning i was really sad that they have deviated from blf but now that i have cooled down i actually think its a good thing bcoz now we dont know whats gonna happen...which will make us watch it more!!! I know i said that im gonna watch it for only armaan but i dont think i can stay without not knowing what will happen in jjkn any weekday!
