There was also something called Stone Boy I used to watch but don't remember. Recently read that Karan Johar acted in it. Do you remember that? I have been searching for it.

OMG I remember Stone Boy. I watched it in Telugu though...so it was dubbed from Hindi? It was about this kid who is cursed into a stone and can only become human every 30 years...it was a short series though...lasted probably about 20 or 30 episodes.
