fairness cream juz to make u look beautiful like make up does, i dont see wats wrong in this? if fairness cream is bad so is make up, both hv chemicals in it but people dont go aginst make up, y?

because that implies that fair=beautiful and dark=ugly. and i am very against that notion, as are others.

l'oreal too is trying to make a buck on the indian obsession with fairness.

no is against makeup or fair products... its only when you say you are against fairness creams ... with all the blah ... blah.. gyaan.. abt morals n principles and the next thing u do is start endorsing the same product, talk abt double standards.

Faezah, there is a huge difference between fairness cream and make-up. Make-up is to enhance your beauty and make your natural color stand out. But fairness cream is changing your skin color. I am against fairness cream because it sounds like they are saying fair is beautiful and dark isn't. I think Bipasha, Rani, Kajol, Deepika and Priyanka is far more beautiful than most of these fair actresses.

Anyways back to the topic. I can't believe Aish says she's against fairness cream when she endorse it herself, my respect for her just falls down. I wasn't a fan of sonam anyway so she can endorse fairness cream all she wants.

This looks photoshopped. Is there a video available for this advt.? If not then it is probably fake and done by fans of another female actor who are hell bent on proving that Aishwarya lied and she endorsed fairness cream.

I have never seen this advt. but then I have been out of India for long so may be I missed it. Hope someone finds the video and then a journo can question Aishwarya. I am going to write to the journo whom I have used couple of times before for unearthing celeb goss.
