Farah khan prefers salman over shah rukh!!

well its all happening on "dance indai dance" and before you jump the gun, the ever so politically correct farah was not talking about her best buddy's shah rukh's arch rival, but praising our "dance india dance" hero salman ghouse who is creating ripples across the nation with his breathtaking performances.

farah khan who had come on the sets of "dance india dance" to pay a surprise visit to her assistant of fifteen years geeta kapoor, was totally captivated by salman's performance.

farah just could not stop praising salman enough for his grace and aplomb and also for doing stunts despite having a battered body.

farah went on to narrate how painstakingly she had taught shah rukh the steps of the song "tumse milke dil ka hai ye haa" from the movie "main hoon na" and said, "if shah rukh would have attempted the steps salman did today, i'm sure he would have never recovered from his back injury. salman you are a superb dancer and you have long way to go", added the celluloid genius.

The same Farah praised Aneek to the highest in SRGMP C07, and even recommended Deepika for him - since both were single at the time! Would she say that in front of SRK - we gotta see it!

I wonder why she didnt praise her ex-assistant's students like that, if the purpose of her visit was to surprise Geeta??!! Nice support for Geeta from her godmother!!! Not surprising, considering that she praised Aneek over Raja even though Raja was in Vishal-Shekhar gharana, who also were the MDs for her OSO movie, and she came to promote her movie, along with Deepika!

All scripted - have seen a lot of it, still seeing it, and will be seeing more of it!!! LOL...

Nothing new or false. Definitely Salman (Md. Ghouse) is a better dancer than SRK but SRK has lots of other parts as well. Like Mayuresh or Jai or Siddesh is a better dancer than Shahid Kapoor or Hrithik or Mithunda.

Hehe i thought it was salman khan! :O

Erm I lovee jai and mayuresh but i'm not sure if they're better than hrithik or shahid especially considering they are bollywood actors-they're SUPERB dancers. And let's not forget shahid is a find from the shiamak dawar dance academy ;) and has trained there for years same with mayuresh training under terence for a few yrs.

Oh well nothing surprising about farah, she'll go to any extremes to prove her point. Overexaggertating & overcomplementing is something i have learned to expect from farah. Why is she even a choreographer? Why doesn't she become an actress? Dramebaaz.

Salman's act reminded me wayy too much of his emotional attyachar wala act. Didn't enjoy that and didn't enjoy this either.

My point was exactly that, do not consider that they are bollywood actors. Just purely as dancers.

Also the choreographer may not give the actors too risky steps because of the costs involved in case something goes wrong and the fact that the heroine needs to shake her legs also.

Even as pure dancers i think they rock! These two have soo much flexibility. If I looked at srk, saif, or any other bollywood star, I think my 4 yrs dance training will allow me to dance like that-they don't really do anything spectacular but i still wouldn't be able to do what Hrithik/Shahid do. I'm sure that given the opportunity, they both can do any form of dancing and execute it really well, they just don't get the chance to dance like the DID contestants e.g. salsa, contempary cos most directors focus mainly on bollywood and in that field, for me atleast, they excel! Just look at hrithik's krazzy 4 dance, he rocks and that too with no training unlike most of our 18 contestants😉and shahids dancing experience is visible in every stage performance.

Agreed though that bollywood lacks talented female dancers. I wanted to shut my eyes watching kangana ranaut perform at femina miss india 2009.😳

Are you sure that Hrithik had no training because most of the star sons are groomed from an early age. Like Farah Khan taught mimo. I agree Hrithik is a fantastic solo dancer but sometimes cramped by the choreography or the other lead
