lolzzz rabo..its ok as long as u take white meat:) reduce intake of carbohydrates like rice n bread...that creates a lot of difference

n yeah stay away from soft drinks!! they r main reason behind puttin on weight..if cant shun it, then reduce intake..that's the deal my hubby has made with me..he was a pepsi lover but now he's reduced it to weekends only:)
