Point of judges???

Is it just me or is anyone else wondering what the point of the judges and grandmaster are??

Out of any reality show thus far, I feel like the judges are the best and the least bias, but what is the point in having them? it's all strictly voting... even down to the red zone. We all know the "junta" doesn't pay any attention to what judges say so we can't use the argument that the judges are there to give their opinions on performances.

I wish the show's format was similar to Jhalak Dikhlaja in that the audience voted and then the bottom two perform and maybe the judges and/or grandmasters make the decision of who stays and who gets eliminated.

Anyone else agree??

well...they are choreographing the dances. and the comments are really supposed to be to help the dancers improve more than advise the audience on whom to vote for. anyway, any very intricate choreographer would have more value from their comments. also, there is the one save that mithun can make, so he does that I guess.

the comments should help the people of voting and see the dance instead of voting from looks. the judges are there to judge but still it is kind of pointless if the people are just going to vote according to looks and not dance. like vrushali and bhavna they are not that pretty maybe thats why people dint vote for them so they are going to be out but come on guys its a dance show listen to what the judges are saying they loved vrushalis performance and it really was one of the best with her and Jai so why is she going out??
