Should Jagdish Tytler be punished or should he be given a clean chit?
What will be your reaction if he is given a clean chit?

Yes Tytlor should be punished severly.
I am not a Sikh, but as an Indian I feel they killed our Sikh brothers and sisters. So Tytlor and Sajjan kumar shoud be punished

Exactly.

Today, the Sikhs are standing against Tytler and asking for his prosecution.
Not only the Sikhs, but every single Indian who believes that 1984 riots were the most shameful incident in the history of India, should stand against Tytler.
I want Tytler and Sajjan kumar to be prosecuted in public, and by public.
Every dirty politician should come to know that what the result will be, if they will cheat the Indians.
If the court decides in favour of Tytler and Sajjan Kumar, my trust in the Justice of court will be broken.

I meant to ask if we R to term these two guilty even B4 waiting for the court's verdict? Your statement casts doubt on the justice meted out by the highest court in our country.
Most ppl hold these men guilty but I m afraid I do not know why exactly they R being implicated though I am aware of the carnage that took place after Indira Gandi's assasination but havent witnessed it actually as I was not there at the time & am not really much aware of their role.
If found guilty of course they have to be punished as per law.

^^The witness, Jasbir Singh is in the US. The CBI gave them a clean chit even before taking the statement in the eye witness Jasbir Singh.
I am afraid whether High Court's judgement will be fair or not. They are guilty, everyone knows it. But the political pressure may affect the verdict.
