First of all think Remo is the most honest straight up judge on that show...& hes hot..lolz..not that it matters. All three judges are totally honest with all of them. Remo even said in that he thinks Alisha is the best..shes the strongest dancer..so i have no clue where your getting that idea from. Gita is just sweet. One thing that I noticed, Geeta never finds mistakes from any contestants of her group but most of the time from others. Whereas Remo at least finds mistakes from his groups.

i don't think the judges are forming any sort of teams among themselves.
The only issue i have is with Geeta always giving comments on how good the girls look after their performance. I find it insulting that she often refuses to comment on the dance and if the contestant is not from her gang then she will comment on the looks and if the contestant is from her group then she will say "But i love you". both times refusing to do the job she as a judge should do. Whats her issue?

Agree Remo too doesn't criticize too much especially his own contestants but at least he encourages them and comments on their dance instead of their looks.
