Do you think Bolly actresses wished to do slumdog

Do you think that the top bolly actresses wished they were in slumdog instead of Freida. I wonder if any were asked and they declined and than now regret not doing it.

I know that bolly actors shah rukh and Amitabh were offered but they declined. Shah rukh had commitments with his film billu barber when the director of slumdog went to meet him on the sets and Amitabh refused so than Danny Boyle went to Anil who also was not keen on doing it but his son convinced him.

Also you can you see doing the part of Freida?

I think Danny Boyle very clearly wanted fresh faces for the roles of Dev & Freida. Although Dev has acted in a TV series in the UK he wasnt very famous. For actress they had loads of auditions & didnt consider an established actress.

Not really - I think Frieda was the perfect choice - great casting.

no one else but Frieda. She's made for that role. the entire cast cannot replace anyone. they all were perfect.

I think Freida was perfect for the role too. I can't imagine anyone else as Latika.

Ya Freida was perfect for the role of Latika!! I feel that the whole cast and crew of Slumdog, right from the little kids to Dev and Freida and even Anil and Irfan, they are all irreplaceable!
