I feel like we are piling on with regards to Sonam. Sure, she can be a bit careless with her words, but I don't think that this is controversial. How many musicians and actresses/ actors have said this over the years? I think I have lost count. Sonam certainly has some moxie. She'll learn eventually though when to rein it in though.
