hes right lol and hes a prime example of it..
and these days there r machines n stuff to fix sur/taal so watevr...just need a good voice, rest everything is correctable 😃

Kishore Kumar is a human being as well as Atif Aslam, no one is better than other as for singing, everyone is in their places and time, Kishore Kumar's time is totally different from Atif Aslam's time.........

I agree with you farislove, If Atif was so besura why do i get the goosebumps everytime i listen to his songs especially ab to adat si hogahi from kalyung, Also why are his songs super duper hits in movies, race, kalyug etc.👏👏👏

I know kishore kumar did not have musical background or lots off training but both singers are are very different.

Like Himesh said its not important if Atif is a good or bad singer, what is important that all the young generation love his music and his voice is very new and western thats what is in know.

I like Atif Aslam voice but he's no singer.. his voice does go off a lot. I prefer Shaan more than Atif A.

Some of his songs are good but some are man a pain to listen really.
For example the Kismet Konnection song I didnt realize it was so bad when I watched it on TV but then i had to buythe CD and listen to it when I was driving uff - I was so happy when Alka Yagnik came on - you can clearly hear the difference between the 2 voices with respect to the quality of singing.
And please we cant even compare anyone to Kishore kumar - he was so versatile.

exactly.. see, the tendecy of misquoting.. Atif mentioned Kishore was his idol.. doesn't mean he is comparing.. NOBODY can be compared to Kishore.. he was a legend, and NONE of the singers i can compare to him.. same is with Rafi ji.. these are legends.. and legends live forever.. others, well, time being and legends mein huge difference hota hai..

that being said, i do like some of Atif's songs, but he is not trained.. and that difference as you mentioned becomes too obvious when he sings alongside someone like Alka..!
