Do you guys think Voldemort is the worst villain in Harry Potter?
Yes I think Voldemort was the most terrible villain, the one who did the most terrible things, who would go the furthest. I think one of the reasons for this is that he had no attachment, making him seem less human. Nearly all the Death Eaters had "human/mortal sentiments"(or flaws in Voldemorts view).Or.....if he hadn't had his Death Eaters, and he worked alone, could he have created as much devastation as he did?Is he really so powerful that he did not need Death Eaters, but they were mere conveniences for him, or was he really powerless (another phrase being 'powerful without support', so basically useless), and had he not had DE's such as Bellatrix Lestrange, Lucius Malfoy, Yaxley, the Carrows, etc, he would not have been able to create such fear and discontent in the wizarding world?Voldemort was the ringleader but he needed his support. Though he was powerful, he wasn't so accomplished that he could single-handedly defeat all opposition. The Death Eaters definitely helped strike fear into the wizarding world. I think he needed them. What do you all think? Who do you think was the hardest villain to defeat? Voldemort...or someone else?During the books I don't think there was anyone whose villainy could compare to Voldemort so he was the hardest to defeat.
