The precap was about Arjun telling(threatening😔) Arohi to get back and look for the watch. She can't go home until she finds it, even if it takes all night or days.

It showed Arjun and Arohi in his office and he told her that she wouldn't go home until she found his watch even if that took all day, tomorrow and the day after that.
