Yes Chulbulli He has to be prem as he was staring so lovingly as if saying you are my life and soul but i have to do this to you as i have reasons I am sorry abt it and then starts his rudeness.The way he turned her chin towards him had awesome chemistry.He was concerned about his mother.I think he just want to teach heer to confront the world rather be submissive or surrender to any one willingly like she did when she was abt to marry RR and was ready to sacrifice herself for family.I Only see this is the reason.He must be thinking that what would have happened to heer if he didn't came back.It was his luck that he came back.So for her to face the world's consequences he is being rude.One more thing he want heer to realise the mistake that she waited for PRem and she got married to him.what if he was not prem .He was really some humsakal then???so he want her to realise this and so he behaves strangely with Heer and he is rude to her .I think he will reveal it once she actually realises it.
This is the only reason i feel prem's behaviour and his switching between G/P.
One more thing i doubt he really smoke as you see he just holded the cigratte and did not smoke.I also doubt he really drinked heaviliy that day.He may be faking thats why when heer gave him nimbu pani he just took one sip.
I don't know ....but i am trying to be positive with current track and desperately want him to be prem only prem.I wish he soon come back in his original flavor.
