Someone is going to find out about this whole heer/prem/gaurav thing happening, i mean come on its Ekta's show.. this always happens and then they are going to pretend along with heer till gaytri is back to her normal state. Then.. i think he might be our prem!!! i hope soo!!!

Also i am a bit surprised on the fact that When Heer found out about this whole thing.. why didn't she say something about him marrying her!! like why did he do that if he wasen't prem? and now she has to live with that.. this is a huge thing for heer, i mean gaurav took prem's spot so wouldn't heer be reacting differently about this whole thing!!
