nice observation-i didnt notice that at all 😛
i think aruhi is already in luv with him and they are either:
a) seperated due to their parents (since paddy n dk r just using HP for the signature n they may have broken off the engagement and so HP has sworn off against them) and maybe dk kicks arjun out of the house and somehow he is in jail due to something with the company, etc.
b) arohi may have been forced to go against him in some court matter and she was blackmailed so arjun is in jail for arohi (thats a pretty wild one)
either war i dont think arjun is in jail for hurting her. 😕
