I m sure all my FG buddies are now aware that we are having a X-mas and New year, no no its not just these two days its a 7-day long party. So time to rock and ro😃ll

But lots and lots of arrangments are to be done so that we can enjoy to the fullest, so buddies willing to volanteer for organizing the party please put ur foot forward.

1. Party Invitations - Lets some of us take up the responsibility of inviting everyone to the party. As we know some of the members have stopped posting in this section but we cant forget them can we? So lets make a list of the gumshuda members and PM them. Also let us make sure that the newbies are welcomed and no one is left out.😛

2. Thread for attendance - Or shld we call this Table Reservation😆, someone must take responsibility of this thread, a person who knws most of the members and keep a track that all are present. If someones not there he/she can notify the Invitation comittee to invite him/her.

3. Party Ideas, themes and dress code - Ahh now comes the party ideas, themes and dress codes. Its a 7-day long party, so there has to be variations. So name these group of volanteers are Theme Deciders, all willing raise ur hands up.😃

4. Party Venue Decoration -Create a festive party atmosphere with decorations, scented candles, colored lamps, can add to the fun. We can also use flowers, streamers, baloons. Yea u should take care of seating arrangments too. So ho jaye ek decoration team bhi.😊

5. Music - Yes now the DJ, music shld be rocking, anyone volanteering to be the DJ please come up. IF members wanna dedicate tracks or a special song for a special person😳u have to arrange that toooooooo. Whos gonna be our DJ⭐️

6. Snacks, Coffee, Dinner and Liquor - Hey this is wht a party is all abt. So the catering team and chefs get ready. And we need round the clock bartenders too for hard drinks, sofft drinks, cocktails and mocktails😎

7. Party gifts, Games and prizes and party jokes - Here we need a happening event management team. Bring along a bottle of wine, some flowers, or chocolates to show your appreciation. Find some great gift ideas. Try some tasteful jokes and invite your guests to participate.

SO i think thats abt all, so wht are u waiting for, volanteers hurry uuppppppppppppp, there are lots of creative ppl in our section and all our contributions can result in the most happening party of IF👍🏼

Madhu, I volunteeer along with Jats (in his absence) to be the part time bar tenders. Don't blame us for finishing most of the booze.

madhu I can help with the music too. although we will need more then 1 person so it will go around the clock 😛

😃 Ahh Seema didi, Maddy and Jats, we three were the first to volanteer 👏 . SO u got two bartenders and Seema didi if u are good with jokes be a Event Management team then u plan out the games, gifts,prizes jokes everything 😛.

ahhh yes not only the DJ for all the categories we need 2-3 ppl at least so that the thing goes round the clock.

madhu cannot do the whole thing. its to big of a task. need some more volunteers😆
